Istanbul (MFASomalia) – On February 11, 2018, The State Minister for Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, H.E. Mr. Abdulkadir Ahmed-Kheir Abdi, met with the Foreign Minister of Turkey HE Mr. Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu on the sidelines of the second Turkey-Africa Ministerial Review Conference in Istanbul, and discussed with him the strengthening of bilateral relations and cooperation.
